What’s next for the Samsung Galaxy S5? Rumors

Now that 2014 is here, it looks like it's time to start thinking about the next-gen smartphones this year is bound to bring us. Well, if there's anything I am certain about, that's the fact that in just a few days (February 24), Samsung Galaxy S5 will be unveiled in a press conference called “Unpacked 5”.
There are lots of rumors out there about the new S5. Everyone is hoping for the best to come for this device. Surpassing the LG Flex with its curved screen, and improving its look by going metal like the HTC ONE and iPhone 5S.
In January, it was rumoured that the Galaxy S5 could feature a brand new UI, a 2014 edition of the Samsung TouchWiz UX that sports a whole new redesign. This could also run on a 5.25-inch QHD 2K resolution display. The QHD panel would offer a stunning resolution of 2560 x 1440p with a 560ppi image density.
Other speculations say that Samsung will be launching the S5 with a 64-bit processor and a whacking 8GB of RAM. The South Korean electronics giant announced the 8 GB chip at the end of 2013. The chip should use around 40 percent less battery power and help power higher resolution displays.
